I purchased a subscription, how do I access it?
Log in with your username and password. Once that is done the following menu appear, click on “My Subscriptions”. From there you should be able to access it by clicking the Lesson you purchased.

When I purchase a subscription do I own the movie/Lesson?
When purchasing a subscription you actually purchase access to view the lesson for a certain amount of time (usually 7 days) you can view the lessons as many times as you would like until that period expires. You can however download a free copy of the photography lesson to view on your Ipod.

How do I download a copy of the photography lesson for my Ipod?
Log in with your username and password, Once that is done the following menu appear (See photograph above), click on “My Subscriptions”. Click on the lesson, click on the download button.

Why don’t I own the Movie/Lesson I purchased?
We decided to offer an affordable option to learning photography and decided to use a subscription model instead of selling, as the price for the class may be too high. We do feel that having the option to download the Ipod with no restriction of time allows you to view the lesson at will and save money.

Why do I have to re-enter my credit card information for every purchase?
PhotoInstitute.net decided that using Paypal, one of the most secure systems available, would not only protect you the buyer and us the seller. We do not keep any credit card information on our site. Whether encrypted or not.

I am trying to access your Virtual Classroom but having difficulties.
You should have received an email with a link to our Virtual class. Just click on it and you should be all set. Our classes and workshops take place on a separate site. I am in the class but cannot hear the Presenter. Check your speaker volume, if that does not work you may have to call using the telephone the phone number is listed. Once you called follow the instructions. On the bottom right side of the page, there should be a chat window, let the presenter know you can not hear him.

I am not satisfied or feel that the photography class I signed up for is not the right one for me, what should I do?
Our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with our classes, therefore we will either refund you the full amount, give you a credit to apply to another class, or give a partial credit or refund depending on how many classes you have taken etc. See our refund policy for full details.

Can I contact my teacher with a question while enrolled in a class or workshop?
We strongly suggest you forward any question to your teacher while you are enrolled in a class. A specific email will be given to you at the beginning of any photography workshop. This email will allow you to forward any questions to the teacher.

Can I set up a photography Group?
Yes, our community page is where this option is located. Once you login in the “Community” page you will have access to this page (See photo below) click on “Start new group”.
